  Today, for the second time, I approach someone who sits behind the computer at the entrance of the store to inquire about a particular product.
  This is not the first time an incident as such has happened. The first time I brushed it off. I didn’t let it bother me.
  But today it happened again!
  
  Of all Trader Joe’s I go to, the one located on Santa Monica Blvd. across from Smart & Final, offers the worst customer service of them all.
  Employees located on the floor and at cashiers are helpful; however, the ones behind the computers as you walk-in should be sent back to customer service school. Here’s why:
  Horrible service!
  Not attentive to the clients’ need.
  Lack of follow-up skills.
  Not willing to listen to client’s needs or concerns.
  Huge ego attitude as though she shouldn’t be bother or disturbed with questions.
  
  Trader Joe’s, perhaps you should consider moving these people to the back room instead of keeping them in the front of the store.
  Clearly they lack of the proper personal skills on how to deal with your clients.
  
  We consumer have many choices. Please don’t take our loyalty to your brand for granted.
